Dave Fridmann co-produced/ engineered/ mixed MGMT’s Oracular Spectacular (Columbia), one of the most talked about albums of the past few years. The album, heard just about everywhere you turned this past year, will prove to be the soundtrack to the lives of a lot of 20-somethings… Certified platinum in the UK, double platinum in Australia and gold in Canada, France and Ireland… (Click Here) Dave and The Flaming Lips were again nominated for a Grammy at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards (after winning at the 49th), but lost out to George Martin and the Beatles (no shame there…). Most recently Dave has completed new albums for The Flaming Lips and OK Go. |
